Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items with their original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
